Sangobion® is ferrous gluconate and not ferrous sulfate. This organic iron formulation allows for better absorption* inside the body and has less gastrointestinal side effects than ferrous sulfate.

Sangobion® has Vitamins and Minerals

Sangobion® is packed with Vitamin C, Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Copper sulfate, and Manganese sulfate.
Sangobion® contains SORBITOL

A common side effect of most iron supplements is constipation. Sangobion®’s Sorbitol component acts as an anti-constipating agent. Sorbitol is naturally found in edible fruits and vegetables.
Sangobion® is chocolate scented

Ferrous sulfate usually leaves a metallic aftertaste. Sangobion® has a sweet chocolate scent that conceals such metallic hint.
As an iron supplement, Sangobion replenishes iron stores and helps regulate hemoglobin levels in the blood. Sangobion has the full range of vitamins and minerals that is necessary for correcting iron deficiency, and contains 50mg of Vitamin C to help in maximum absorption of iron.

Each capsule contains ferrous gluconate 250 mg, manganese sulphate 0.2 mg, copper sulphate 0.2 mg, vitamins C 50 mg, folic acid 1 mg, vitamin B12 7.5 mcg and sorbitol 25 mg.

Iron in high dosage and well-tolerated form is indispensable for the formation of haemoglobin.
